Funding & Eligibility

This page serves as the Funding portal for the Authority, consolidating framework, opportunities, grant pathways, donor cooperation, transparency disclosures, financial reporting, and audit references.

Funding framework

The Authority is structured to be compatible with EU instruments, multilateral development bank programmes, blended finance structures, and technical assistance facilities, using ring-fenced and auditable delivery channels.

  • No public retail fundraising
  • No speculative capital raising
  • No uncontrolled grant distribution

Funding and investment opportunities

Institutional opportunities are structured around programme windows, infrastructure lots, and co-financing envelopes. Access is limited to eligible institutional counterparties and approved delivery entities.

Institutional partners

Delivery entities

SPVs and contractors participate through competitive, auditable procurement only.

Grant information

Grant channels are milestone-based, policy-bound, and linked to approved reconstruction priorities. Public-facing calls and eligibility rules are published through controlled notices and Document Centre references.

Donor partnerships

Donor partnerships are established through formal cooperation frameworks, reporting obligations, and governance safeguards aligned with international reconstruction standards.
