Institutional engagement Reach the right office — submit one structured enquiry and we route it for you. Each message is delivered to the relevant mailbox and acknowledged by an automated confirmation.

Choose a topic so your message reaches the correct mailbox. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

Topic

Choose the subject that best matches your enquiry. Your message is delivered to the primary mailbox for that topic; some topics also copy a secondary address (e.g. finance or programmes). This determines where staff will respond from.

Name

Your full name as you would like to be addressed in replies (e.g. given name and family name).

A valid address we can use to respond and to send your automated confirmation. Use an inbox you check regularly.

Organisation (optional)

Company, ministry, NGO, media outlet, or other entity you represent, if applicable. Leave blank if you are writing as a private individual.

Message

State your question or request clearly. Include relevant reference numbers, locations, or deadlines so we can route your enquiry efficiently. Do not send passwords or bank details.

What happens next

Your enquiry is routed by topic to the responsible office, with a copy to any secondary mailbox where relevant.

You receive an automated confirmation email immediately. If it is not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

A member of the relevant office reviews your message and responds directly to the address you provided.
